Donate
As a not-for-profit clinic, the Interprofessional Community Clinic (ICC) relies heavily on donations from individuals and community sponsors. We host a number of fundraising events throughout the year, but as our clinic grows, so do our needs for support.
The clinic serves a predominantly Spanish-speaking patient base, providing interpretation services in addition to health care. Being both uninsured and speaking a language other than English are significant barriers to accessing health care in the U.S., and the ICC seeks to bridge that gap.
In addition to primary care services, we provide specialty care in podiatric medicine, physical therapy, behavior health and pharmacy counseling. We also provide patients with vaccinations, lab services, glucometers and diabetes education. We have served more than 2,000 of our neighbors through the ICC, providing them with essential care they may not have otherwise been able to access.
Your donation to the ICC not only supports members of our community by providing health care at no charge, it also expands the education of RFU students from a variety of programs.
Fundraising Opportunities
Dance For Diabetes
Each year, the Interprofessional Community Clinic partners with the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine to host Dance for Diabetes. The fundraiser is held at a Downtown Chicago hotel, and benefits the ICC while celebrating another year of providing healthcare at no charge to uninsured members of our community. All proceeds from the event go towards supporting the ICC.
Colors of ICC Fun Run
The Colors of ICC Fun Run, previously known as the Discovery Dash, is our 5k color run/walk, held on campus in September. Students, staff, faculty and neighbors come out each year to enjoy our campus as it literally adds a little more color to the autumn season.
